A Swedish Artist & Pizza Maker

 By now the amounts of pizzas I have made,
is well exceeding 100.000 pizzas and NONE of them for corporate chains.
During years in making; two restaurants in Sweden
and one here in USA - I have always got compliments like these:
"Can't you come to Stockholm, Copenhagen, Rome, Baltimore, Kansas City,
Madison, Scottsdale etc etc and show them how to make pizza".

As I am not getting any younger, I figured it was time to get it all in writing.
So I created my own Wall of Fame and I also started VIKING'S PIZZA SCHOOL.

Did you know that Sweden is the most pizza populated country in the world.
Almost all pizza restaurants have independent ownership. Why go franchise,
when you can do it yourself!? You can do it! I can show you how!

 

 
Born in Sweden 1946. Moved to Wisconsin, USA in 2001.
It was time for a change in life. The life had come to a standstill
and I wanted more out of it...Little did I know then, that I was going
to make more pizzas. I moved here mainly for two reasons, I met
my wife on Internet and I wanted to reach a larger market with my art.

After having been here only three years, I discovered I couldn't live on
clean air, beautiful scenery and art shows alone - I actually had to work.
My neighbor had a closed restaurant where numerous chefs had tried their talents before me. Everyone told me it will not work. This is the small town America syndrome. Being an entrepreneur that word "it will not..."  doesn't exist in my vocabulary.
 

 

 

 

A class with me is like no other class you ever attended! I will show you, hands on how to make the best pizza ever. It will not matter if you have a couple of pizza chain stores next to your business back home. It is good,
as it shows that people like pizza.

I will teach you the dough recipe I was given 1977 by Signor Rafael from Naples, Italy. Only a handful pizza chefs know it and they are all in Europe. Being an artist, I have taken it to a new level of perfectionism.

If you are into quality instead of quantity and if you really care for your guests, this is the way to go.
